| production method | 1. At room temperature, nitric acid, a reagent having a density of 1.18, was reacted with selenium until no more nitrogen oxides overflowed, and the mixture was then evaporated to dryness at 50-60 °c. The obtained solid is dissolved in water and filtered, the filtrate is evaporated and concentrated to 1/4 of the original volume, then the crystals are cooled and crystallized, the crystals obtained by Suction filtration are washed with a small amount of ice water, and the washing solution and the filtrate are combined and recycled, the obtained crystals are recrystallized by the above method, and the reagent selenous acid can be obtained. 2. Dissolve pure SeO2 in a small amount of water in a porcelain dish, and concentrate the solution by evaporation in a water bath until crystallization begins (dust should be avoided during operation, otherwise it will be reduced to Se). After cooling, the precipitated selenous acid crystals are filtered with a glass sand core funnel, recrystallized once with water and then dried. The product was forced between two layers of filter paper and dried in a vacuum desiccator with KOH for several days. If concentrated sulfuric acid or phosphorus pentoxide is used as a desiccant, it may be further dehydrated into selenium dioxide for a long time. |
